01 · What you'll notice
What it keeps track of.
- Where you are in your cycle, even a rough guess
- Focus, mood and energy today
- Sensory load: how loud the world felt
- What helped, or what you tried
02 · Why it helps
Something firmer than a hunch.
Most cycle apps are built around dates and fertility. Many people notice something else: in some weeks, focus, emotional regulation and sensory tolerance get harder. Seeing your own pattern turns "what is wrong with me this time" into "this is a harder week for me, and here is what helps." A pattern you can see is one you can plan around.
03 · How it works
Three steps.
- Check in for 30 seconds: where you are in your cycle, and how focus, mood, energy and sensory load feel.
- Note what helped, if anything did.
- After a cycle or two, your report shows each of these averaged for each part of your cycle, and what helped in each.
04 · The thinking behind it
What it's built on.
Many people notice that focus, mood and sensory tolerance change across their cycle, often most in the days before a new cycle starts. This is a tool for noticing your own pattern. It does not track fertility or predict dates, and it never treats a harder week as a failing.
Specthrive's trackers are developed with a licensed clinical counselor (LPCC) on our founding team.

Asked before starting.
Is this cycle tracker free?
Yes. Create a free account and start your daily check-in right away.
How is this different from other cycle apps?
Most cycle apps focus on dates and fertility. This one looks at how your focus, mood, energy and sensory load change across your cycle. It does not predict dates or fertility.
Is this a PMDD test?
No. It does not diagnose or screen for PMDD or anything else. It is a gentle noticing tool for your own patterns, which you can bring to a clinician if you choose.
