What are credits?

Credits power features like Navi (our AI assistant), Smart Search (5 credits), and Guide adoption (15 credits). Free users get 50 credits/month. Paid plans include more, and you can always purchase additional credit packs.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and your billing will be prorated. If you need to downgrade, you can do that at the end of your billing period.

Is my data secure?

Messages are encrypted at rest with Fernet symmetric encryption; data in transit uses TLS. AI features use Google Cloud Vertex AI and your data is never used to train models. You control which AI features see your data through per-feature consent in Settings → Privacy, and you can revoke that consent at any time. We never sell your information, and we only share with the trusted service providers needed to run Specthrive (like Google Cloud) — see our Privacy Policy for details.

How does pricing work for coaches and clinicians?

Coaches and clinicians pay per seat: $99/seat per month (or $990/seat per year), with up to 30 clients per seat. Each client you invite gets a free Family account attached, so the people you support keep full access between sessions at no extra cost to them.
