Specthrive keeps a person's plans, routines, notes and the people who help in one calm place. Designed neurodivergent-first. Calm for everyone.

Why Specthrive exists.

We started Specthrive because we lived it. Coordinating care across schools, therapists, insurance and state programs, each with its own forms and its own memory. Every new office asked us to tell the whole story again: the diagnosis, who made it and when, what a normal day looks like, which services, what the school agreed to.

That story belongs to the family. It shouldn't live in a binder on the kitchen counter, or in offices that don't talk to each other. And keeping it shouldn't feel like a second job.

So we're building the place we wished we'd had: somewhere the day-to-day gets a little lighter, and what you learn along the way stays with you, year after year.

What you build here is yours.

It grows up with them.When someone whose profile you've kept turns 18, you can hand it over. Their plans, trackers and notes go with them, and nothing changes until they say yes.
You decide who sees what.Share a profile with a coach, a co-parent or a teacher, and choose which parts each person sees.
If we ever close, you'll hear first.We'd tell you early and leave time to download everything.

You can delete your account yourself from Settings. It goes step by step, nothing is deleted until the very last step, and you can stop at any point before it.

Nancy Nyabuti, MA, LPCC

Co-Founder & Clinical Director

Nancy is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 11+ years of experience across community mental health, residential care, school-based programs, mobile crisis response, and outpatient practice. She practices CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, motivational interviewing, and family therapy with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, including neurodivergent (ADHD and autism) and immigrant or multicultural populations. Her approach is neurodiversity-affirming: focused on understanding patterns, not on fixing them.

Davis Nyabuti

Co-Founder & Engineer

Davis brings ~15 years of distributed-systems and AI engineering experience. As Principal Engineer at Target from 2017 to 2024, he designed real-time data infrastructure handling more than one million events per second and led cross-functional privacy-compliance work across CCPA and Washington's My Health My Data.

That work is why privacy here is built into the code: who can see each part of a profile is checked every time, and every consent decision is logged.
